Job Description

The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Our talented staff of more than 450+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions to our clients from our offices throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Alabama.

Due to MSG's continued growth with our Agriculture team, a new opening is available for a Agriculture Project Manager in North Canton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilitties
- Assist senior staff with evolving and executing office and company growth plan.
- Proposal / contract preparation.
- Manage contract budgets.
- Coordinate with fellow MSG staff across a variety of engineering services that MSG offers from Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Traffic, Transportation, Construction, etc.
- Successfully manage and deliver work tasks and projects on time.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field is required.
- Although not required, an Ohio Engineer Intern (El) certification with goal of obtaining Ohio Professional Engineering license is a plus.
- Prefer experience with design and construction, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate their skills, talents can be effectively applied to accomplish the responsibilities listed.
- Talents such as exceptional interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and great technical writing are used regularly in this position.
- Candidates who possess proficient organizational and time management skills will thrive in our high functioning environment.
- Have record of managing multiple civil design engineers, projects and disciplines.
- Have a proven management process/style.
- Be willing to mentor and teach new staff.
